- Design-to-code content factory: brand identity plus a coded design-template system: posts are generated from templates, not redrawn by hand.
- Custom frame-by-frame motion engine: 6-second seamless loops, data-driven animation, staggered entrances; rendered straight to production MP4.
- Marketing OS on Notion: content calendar as the single source of truth, per-platform captions and SEO/blog content generation.
- OAuth 1.0a signing built from scratch, including a pure-JS HMAC-SHA1 implementation (the automation sandbox blocks native crypto), plus chunked video upload.
- 4-layer health-check system: reconcile, preflight, order and format-parity checks catch problems before they post.
- Real reliability engineering: root-caused a platform-crashing bug after 22 consecutive hourly failures, fixed it, and proved the fix end-to-end.
The whole pipeline was architected by me and implemented by directing an AI coding agent. AI-orchestrated production operations.

vehicle damage assessmentUpload the car model and a photo of the damaged area, and the system flags likely damaged parts with confidence levels, surfaces sourcing options (OEM vs. aftermarket) with estimated wait times, and generates a report. Built with a small team of 2-3 people; I led design and development.

n8n · Pine ScriptSelf-hosted n8n (Oracle Cloud + Docker) driving a Telegram→Sheets finance tracker and a suite of TradingView (Pine Script) indicators and Telegram signal bots: EMA crossover and trend-break signals, a custom-built Fibonacci retracement indicator, real-time volume-spike alerts, a market-wide scanner flagging 1%+ price moves, and multi-timeframe close alerts (M1, 4-hour, hourly).
